A.J., THE MOUTH
My name is A.J., and I am a personal trainer who is excited to help others experience the same liberation that I experienced by pursuing a healthy lifestyle. After spending the majority of my life being extremely overweight, topping out at 342 lbs., I finally decided to make my health a priority. It was the best decision I made in my life thus far, and I have never looked back. I like to describe myself as a modern-day “Renaissance Man” with interests running the gamut from sports to religion to politics to hip hop culture. I am “the mouth” of the Dude Logic duo, so you never know what’s going to happen when I turn up!

Chris, THE MIND
My name is Chris, and I am a man of many interests. As an African-American biomedical scientist and engineer, I develop transformative research tools to enable improved treatment and outcomes for patients. I have also applied my deep interest in teaching to the training of future minority scientists, which will have a profound impact on the diversity in science. Personally, I am interested in sports, music, current events and culture. I am more reserved as “the mind” of the Dude Logic duo, but I know when to turn up!
